Saved views

Filter and sort your tasks how you like, then save it as a view you can return to in one click.

A view captures how you're looking at your tasks — the filters, the sort, and whether you're on the board or the table — so you can flip between "My open work" and "Everything due this week" instantly. Views are per person; yours don't change anyone else's.

Filtering

Narrow the task list with the filter pills:

  • Clients, Projects, Statuses, Assignees — multi-select. Checked = shown; uncheck to hide. Each has a Show all reset.
  • Status filters match by name across projects, so hiding "Done" hides every project's Done at once.
  • Assignees includes an Unassigned option.
  • Field-value filters appear when you've narrowed to a single project — filter by that project's status or tag fields, including a (no value) option.

Sorting

The Sort control orders both the board and the table — by name, status, assignee, tracked time, or (within a single project) any custom field, ascending or descending. In the table you can also click a column header to sort by it.

Save it as a view

Set it up

Filter, sort, and pick board or table.

Save as view

Name it. It appears as a tab next to All tasks.

Keep it current

When you tweak an active view, an Update view option appears to save the change. Rename or delete from the view's menu.

Set a default

Star one view as your default and you'll land on it each session. Drag the tabs to reorder them.

Your working filters also persist as you navigate, so you don't lose your place between visits.
