Your plan
The Capacity tab for everyone else — the engagements you're on, the hours each week, and how you're tracking against them.
If you don't plan for other people, the Capacity tab is about you: what you're booked on, how many hours a week each one expects, and whether you're keeping up.
The three tiles
- Booked — your staffed hours over the window against your capacity, with this week's hours beside it. Light, healthy, busy or over, on the same bands as the rest of the workspace.
- Estimate drift — over the weeks that have finished, hours tracked against hours planned. Over plan is red.
- Free — the hours nobody has booked, and when that changes.
Booked vs capacity
The same chart managers see, drawn from your bookings alone. Each bar is the hours planned for you that period, measured against your capacity. Finished periods carry a black line at the hours you tracked, so a week planned at 18h and tracked at 15h shows both.
On the plan
One row per engagement you're booked on, with the hours a week, the share of your week it takes, and the date it runs through. The strip beside it is each period: the faint bar is the plan, the solid bar is what you tracked, and the current period is outlined.
The right-hand figure is tracked against plan over finished periods: on plan within 10%, under or over beyond that.
Whoever plans for you books the hours, sets your capacity and books time off. If a booking looks wrong, that's who to ask.
Confirmed bookings only. Tracked hours are the time you logged on the engagement's project while the booking ran. Capacity is yours, minus time off.
How managers see the same numbers, one lane per person.
