Connect your calendar
Subscribe to a calendar feed so meetings become suggested time you can log in one click.
Your calendar already knows most of your billable meetings. Connecting it lets ProjectPacer turn those events into suggestions — no retyping what you already scheduled. It's the single highest-value source to connect.
What gets used
Your events — times, title, description, location, organizer, and attendees. Rules match on the title, organizer, and attendees to put each meeting on the right project, and location powers travel time if you use it.
Disconnecting a feed deletes its events. Only events within a rolling window (about two weeks back, six weeks ahead) are ever stored, and they refresh on each sync. One thing to keep in mind: because a calendar pulls in text you didn't type, don't connect one whose events could contain sensitive or health information — see what not to put in ProjectPacer.
ProjectPacer subscribes to your calendar — it never writes to it, moves events, or sends invites.
Connect a feed
Google, Outlook, and Apple Calendar each expose a private iCal / ICS subscription URL in their settings. Copy it. (It's a read-only link — treat it like a password.)
Go to Settings → Calendar & travel, find the calendar feeds section, and paste the URL.
Set rules so events land on the right project automatically — match on a title keyword, the organizer, or an attendee. Anything unmatched you can assign when you review it.
A subscribed feed refreshes periodically, not the instant you change your calendar — a brand-new meeting may take a little while to appear. You can also trigger a sync from the calendar settings.
Turn meetings into entries
Once connected, meetings you haven't logged show up under AI suggestions → Missed time. Review each, tweak the project or description if needed, and log it. They also appear on the calendar grid beside your tracked time.
