ProjectPacer
Tasks & productivity

Everything on your plate, in one place.

Your clients' work lives in different systems. ProjectPacer pulls it into one board, and puts the timer right on the task, so doing the work logs it. One place to work, for people who'd rather work than wrangle tabs.

Tasks

Kanban or spreadsheet. Same tasks, your call.

Every client’s work sits in one place. Drag it across stages on a board, or edit it like a spreadsheet in the table, with the columns you design and views you save. Work the way you do now, whatever your clients use, and when a task syncs two-way with GitHub Issues, a status you change here moves there, and back.

Board or table

The same tasks as a kanban you drag between stages, or a sortable spreadsheet grid. Switch whenever.

Columns you design

Status, tags, dates, numbers, and links. Add a priority or due-date column when a project needs one, and save it to reuse.

Saved views

Filter by client, project, status, or assignee, then star a default. Your saved views follow you across devices.

Assign the right person

Hand a task to anyone who can reach the project, your team or an outside collaborator on the linked issue.

No copying hours into a timesheet later. The work you did is the time you logged.

The work is the tracking

One click on the task starts the clock.

The timer lives on the task, not in a separate app. Hit play on a card or a row and the clock runs, tagged to the right client and project. When you stop, that time is already on your reports and ready to bill. There’s no second step where you copy your hours into a timesheet, because there was never a first one you skipped.

And what you forget to start, we draft
Goals

Pace yourself, not just your clients.

Set an hours target for a day, a week, or a set stretch, scoped to a client, a project, or an engagement. A pace marker shows whether you’re ahead or behind, and a streak builds each period you hit it. It’s about consistency across your clients, not grinding more hours, so under-serving a retainer is as visible as blowing one.

  • Scope the hours to a client, a project, or an engagement
  • Daily and weekly goals build streaks; a custom window covers a sprint
  • One tap opens the matching Hours report, pre-filtered

Pomodoro

Stay in the zone.

A built-in Pomodoro timer with work and break intervals, right beside your tracking. Turn on “show on the Track timer” and your focus phase rides along under the running entry. It’s there to keep you heads-down, so it never pauses your tracking, the clock keeps logging the whole session.

It’s a nudge, not a gate. It chimes at each work-break boundary and does nothing to your time.
